An architecture decision
A documented recommendation for repository boundaries, shared fixtures, test data, environments, and ownership across your applications.
Team enablement and test architecture
Move beyond a generic course. Give your team a workable test architecture, hands-on learning, and a path to dependable CI evidence.
Discuss your projectFirst conversation
Discuss your team, applications, existing test stack, CI system, and decision deadlines. Confirm whether a workshop, assessment, or mentoring is the right starting point.
Written proposal
Set deliverables, access boundaries, format, timeline, and price before paid work begins. No generic quote based only on test count.
Delivery and handover
Work on the agreed examples or approved systems, document architecture decisions, and hand over exercises, review standards, or an implementation backlog as scoped.
Whether you are starting a new Playwright platform or improving an early implementation, the hard decisions are about application boundaries, fixtures, test data, ownership, reporting, and CI—not syntax alone.
Teams can learn Playwright commands and still end up with duplicated helpers, brittle tests, and unclear ownership across applications. We connect training to architecture decisions and the team's actual delivery workflow.
A documented recommendation for repository boundaries, shared fixtures, test data, environments, and ownership across your applications.
Practical Playwright and TypeScript patterns, reviewed with your team on approved examples or a representative slice of your own system.
A path for reliable runs, result publishing, failure artifacts, and quality gates in the CI environment you already use.
These are common examples, not a vendor lock-in or a blanket certification. We can assess other CI systems with suitable runners, browser dependencies, permissions, and artifact support, then scope the integration to your environment.
A scoped, hands-on Playwright and TypeScript workshop around your team's level and approved examples, with exercises and next-step recommendations.
Review a representative repository, applications, and CI workflow. Receive a written decision plan and prioritized backlog before committing to implementation.
Pair with your engineers on the first representative tests, fixtures, code reviews, reporting, and CI gates; transfer ownership as the platform grows.
A hands-on team workshop, a paid architecture assessment, or ongoing implementation mentoring. The duration is not fixed for every team: we agree on the number of sessions or days, exercises, and deliverables in a written proposal after reviewing your team's experience and applications.
There is no public one-size-fits-all rate. A defined workshop or architecture assessment can have a fixed package or project fee; ongoing consulting and mentoring can be priced by agreed days or milestones. If an hourly model is needed, we discuss it during scoping. You receive the duration, deliverables, pricing model, and total fee in writing before paid work starts.
Yes, when access and security approvals allow it. We can use a representative flow in your repository, sanitized examples, or a prepared training application. We agree on data, credential, and environment boundaries first.
Not automatically. We assess release cadence, ownership, authentication, test data, environments, and useful shared code. Then we recommend a shared repository, separate projects, or a hybrid with explicit boundaries.
We have designed production CI quality evidence and scope the integration around your existing platform, not one vendor. We review runners, browser dependencies, result publishing, failure artifacts, and quality gates. Linking automated results to cases in a test-management system is a separate integration: we verify its API, permissions, and supported association path before including it in the proposal.
Yes, if the organization approves read access and the integration is technically supported. An approved AI workflow can read relevant cases through an API or approved export from Azure Test Plans, Jira-based test-management tools, TestRail, or another system, then suggest Playwright tests and updates. We use least-privilege, preferably read-only access; follow the organization's data and regulatory rules, including whether an external model is allowed; and require engineers to validate assertions and approve code. AI does not authorize releases.
We design the engagement around your security, privacy, access, and audit requirements, using approved environments and representative data. We do not claim a healthcare-specific client history or regulatory certification; those requirements and any relevant references are discussed during scoping.
